Data Warehouse Isolation

Data Warehouse Isolation

Organizations often retain large volumes of aged, regulated, or rarely accessed data, including medical records, financial records, payment data, historical customer data, and compliance archives.

EtherGap allows this data to be moved into an isolated warehouse environment at regular intervals while keeping long-term storage physically disconnected from active production networks except during controlled transfer windows.

Once aged data has been transferred, the air gap can be reopened so the warehouse remains isolated until access is required for reporting, audit, legal discovery, compliance review, or disaster recovery.

This approach helps reduce the exposure of sensitive historical data while preserving controlled availability when that data is needed.
